Form Grinding

High-speed form grinding is one of our most important core competencies.

Our ability to machine complex shapes are very broad, ranging from internal to external geometries in various formats. PGS can produce high accuracy form-grinding processes using mathematically-defined polygons, excel lift tables for cams, 2D dxf drawings, 3D CAD models, and other formats. We invest in state of the art grinding machines and manufacturing engineering software. This enables us to provide a leading edge to our customers.
